Jonathon Powers is a registered ServSafe Proctor who has worked in the food industry for 6 years. He has managed multiple fast food establishments and oversees the dietary department at Grayson Creek of Welcome in Lexington North Carolina. He has experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, and is OSHA certified. 

A safe, nutritious diet is vital to manage chronic conditions. Our residents are often susceptible to severe, and sometimes fatal, foodborne illnesses. Education for food safety prevents negative outcomes for the communities we serve. Safe food today ensures healthy lives for tomorrow.
